1. Mdm. Gunasekaran Radhika
Mdm. Radhika holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and has four years of experience as a lecturer in India, where she also guided students on various projects. Since 2004, she has been teaching Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma courses, as well as the UOL-BSc program with us.
Radhika stays updated with the latest technology in programming and holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD). Her expertise lies in lecturing, curriculum development, and academic administration. She has also completed the WSQ Specialist Diploma in Education Quality Management and contributes valuable insights as a member of the Addison Examination Board. Dedicated to continuous learning, Radhika regularly attends training sessions and courses to enhance her skills.
2. Mr. Thiam Thian Meng
Mr. Thiam Thian Meng has achieved his MBA in 1991, graduating from the University of Dubuque, State of Iowa, USA. He is a guest lecturer in various schools. He has more than 15 years of experience in education.
3. Mdm. Muthan Jayanthi
Mdm. Muthan Jayanthi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University, India, earned in 2001. She began her career as a programmer, specializing in C and C++ programming, and continued in this role for over four years with Net-Café Solutions in India. Additionally, she developed expertise in writing programs for web applications and gained experience working as a .NET programmer, contributing to several mini projects.
Her industry experience has been invaluable in guiding students with their practical academic projects. Since 2006, she has mentored Diploma and Advanced Diploma students at Addison, helping them successfully complete their projects and achieve distinctions in their exams. Jayanthi has also completed training in Learning and Teaching, further enhancing her ability to support student success.
4. Mr. Benjamin Chow Kok Fai
Mr. Benjamin Chow Kok Fai graduated in 1985 from Switzerland with a Diploma in Hotel Management and City & Guilds Certificates in Food & Beverage Services. He has held executive roles across various hospitality establishments in Switzerland, China, Indonesia, and Singapore. In 1998, he ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully establishing his own hospitality businesses.
Driven by a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience, Benjamin transitioned into teaching. He also collaborated with SCORE (Singapore Prisons Service), helping train prisoners with new skills to support their reintegration into society.
5. Mr. Jeffrey Williams
Mr. Jeffrey Williams is a seasoned Trainer and Education Coach with over nine years of experience in public speaking and training. He earned his Computer Science degree from the University of Wales in 1996, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Infocomm Technologies.
Jeffrey specializes in conducting workshops and seminars focused on enhancing communication skills. In August 2010, he was invited by the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to deliver a talk on ILEAD, showcasing his expertise in leadership and communication development.
6. Mr. Chong Chee Song
Mr. Chong Chee Song is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience, recognized for his expertise in quality control. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney and later completed a Master’s in Business Administration (Hospitality and Tourism) from Columbia Southern University.
An ITE-certified trainer, Mr. Chong also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Facilitated Learning), obtained on June 12, 2019. He exemplifies lifelong learning through his continuous pursuit of knowledge and professional development.

With 26 years of regional corporate experience in developing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, and negotiating major contracts, Mr. Jason currently serves as a Trainer for WSQ Business, Service Excellence, and Leadership courses across various Approved Training Organizations (ATOs). Additionally, he is an Associate Lecturer at several local universities and polytechnics, bringing extensive expertise in implementing flipped classroom pedagogy and managing blended learning environments.
Drawing on his diverse technology business experience across regions from Australia to the Middle East, Mr. Jason engages learners effectively, making complex concepts accessible and relevant. He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Adelaide and is currently pursuing a Doctorate at PPA Business School in Paris.
9. Mr. Wilfred Toh
Mr. Wilfred Toh holds a Master of Business Administration with Honors from Oklahoma City University (USA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with Honors. Additionally, he has earned a Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and is both a Certified WSQ Trainer and a Licensed Private Investigator.
Mr. Toh began his career as a civil servant with a government ministry before transitioning to the private sector, where he gained over 30 years of extensive experience across multiple disciplines. His expertise spans Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Contract Manufacturing, Retail and Franchising, Branding, HR Administration, and Business Development. He has held a variety of roles at functional, managerial, and corporate levels, overcoming challenges across diverse sectors. A proponent of Action Learning pedagogy, Mr. Toh applies practical approaches to teaching, drawing from his wealth of industry experience.
10. Ms. Celina Anne Gan
Ms. Celina Gan has built a diverse career spanning multiple fields. She began her journey as a midwife and later expanded her expertise by obtaining certifications in law. Transitioning into education, she became an ACTA-certified trainer, specializing in Food & Beverage operations and management skills. 11. Mr. Fareez Ng Raja
Mr. Ng, also known as Mr. Richard, holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Switzerland.
