What You’ll Learn
For all interested parties who want to explore the marketing features of Linkedin to improve personal and brand awareness for more outreach. This course is targeted at the retail industry and aims to stir up economic activity through training in new methods of marketing and sales. Our target audience will be sales executives working in the Retail Sector. Current sales executives are familiar with how traditional retail operates and have become savvier with digital retail over the last few years. However, as customer preferences change, sales methods evolve beyond the existing expertise of our targeted sales executives. Therefore, it is imperative that training is provided for this group to keep up with the times.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Assumed Attitude • have effective communication and relationship management skills to work with employees from all levels and areas within an organisation Assumed Skills and Knowledge • understand how the business environment impacts the organisation • understand relevant organisational strategies, objectives, culture, policies, processes and product/services • have analytical skills to determine best approaches to communicate ideas • have problem solving skills to determine responses to questions during discussion • have interpersonal and communication skills to interact with others • have negotiation skills to discuss opinions, ideas and opposing viewpoints • Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4 • Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 4
