Learners are able to differentiate the different traditional and substitute flavouring ingredients, enabling them to make educated recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Learners are able to distinguish between different types of coffee from various regions and explain their unique characteristics, enhancing the customer's experience and satisfaction.
Learners are able to accurate reconstitute beverage mixes and maintain consistency across servings and maintain the highest standard of taste and quality
