About This Course

Learners will gain the knowledge and skills required to plan, set up, and maintain displays effectively. They will understand how displays can enhance rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. The training will adhere to the NEA Environmental Public Health Regulations, the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006 (WSH), the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) Regulations, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system, and relevant food regulations, including the Sale of Food Act.
